The Claudius Therme's spa area provides diverse options for simply switching off, relaxing, relieving stress and gathering new strength.

The spa area is extended in the form of a generous exterior facility overlooking the Rhinepark. During the summer months, a sun terrace, which is protected from the wind, and a large turfed lawn invite you to relax and bask in the sun in green surroundings.

Our friendly service staff will provide you with cool drinks, vitamin cocktails and fruit blizzards for your refreshment.

The facility's interior and exterior pools are equipped with a large number of water attractions:

Aqua Aerobics

Independent aqua aerobics provides all comers with the opportunity to train muscles and joints in a gentle and effective manner in warm water. No previous knowledge is required, and you are most welcome to do something positive for your well-being free-of-charge.

Different spa temperatures await you in the Claudius Therme's various interior and exterior spa facilities. The hot and cold grotto allows you to experience the stimulating change between 36 °C and 20 °C. Here, you may activate your circulation and reinforce your defences. The high carbon dioxide content in the cold water pool, in particular, stimulates the cardiovascular system and the circulation.
