Ottoman steam bath

A "classic" steam bath with a hint of Ottoman bathing culture. Curved benches with tiled panelling invite you to enjoy a relaxing bath. The silhouettes of the towers in the centre of the two rooms are enchanting, allowing your thoughts to drift to the land of 1001 nights. A high level of humidity and pleasant radiant warmth invite you to spend 20 - 30 minutes here.

Eucalyptus and mint odours additionally ensure deep respiration. Your visit to the Ottoman bath is rounded off with reviving Kneipp affusions.

Laconium

An ancient Roman steam bath in which slow heating occurs. In the Laconium, the walls and tiled benches radiate beneficial heat. This slow heating enables the body to intensively rid itself of waste products. A bodily affusion can be carried out after 15 - 20 minutes. Natural essential oils with a hint of fruit support the positive effect of this. The Laconium is a good alternative for anybody who finds the Finnish sauna too hot.

Sanarium

The sanarium is ideal if you wish to treat yourself to colour stimuli. This light therapy exploits the fact that various colours have very different effects on the body. In this case, certain colours are specifically used to harmonise and to increase physical and mental well-being. This type of sauna offers a wonderful opportunity for regeneration.

Temperature: Approx. 55 °C , Relative humidity: Approx. 60 %.

Finnish saunas

In these classic blockboard saunas, alternating infusions with honey, fruit or ice tea are carried out on the stroke of every hour. (For further information, see range of infusions).

Temperature: Fin I: Approx. 80 °C Fin II: Approx. 90 °C

Seraglio bath

This involves a full-body chalk pack. The seraglio bath is a beauty bath, and predominantly serves the purpose of caring for the skin and removing waste products from the body. The entire body is rubbed down with chalk mud, which dries slowly. The chalk pack becomes creamy again during the subsequent steam bath which lasts for 20 minutes. The skin can now be gently massaged, leading to a wonderful exfoliant effect. The chalk is then washed off in the shower. Skin care is subsequently carried out with valuable jasmine oil.
