However, we ask that groups contact us by <strong><a href=\"mailto:gruppen@claudius-therme.de\">e-mail<\/a><\/strong> by e-mail. Please state the number of participants, the date and, if applicable, the reason for your group visit. If you do not register, you may be refused admission.   <\/li>\n<li>To check how busy the thermal spa is, please refer to the display on our website.<\/li>\n<li>Since the Claudius Therme is a thermal spa that focuses on wellness and relaxation, we do not have any child-friendly pools, facilities or special attractions for children. We do not offer a discount for this age group either.<\/li>\n<li>Children are permitted to enter from the age of 6. All children and young people under the age of 16 can only be admitted if accompanied by a parent or guardian.<\/li>\n<li>Please note: Bathrobes or kimonos must be worn in all dining areas. <br \/>(Ponchos, pareos, sarongs, stoles, beach dresses, beach towels, etc. are not permitted for reasons of clear demarcation.)<\/li>\n<li>We kindly ask that you book spa treatments online or at the five booking terminals in the building.<\/li>\n<li>So-called \u201cAufguss\u201d sessions take place at regular intervals. Please register for them in advance at our booking terminals. Please note that you can only register for one \u201cAufguss\u201d at a time. You will only be activated for a further \u201cAufguss\u201d after the one you have booked has finished.   <\/li>\n<li>There are plenty of parking spaces for our guests right in front of the building.
