Immerse yourself in a unique bathing experience: the various thermal pools of the Claudius Therme consist of a large central pool and several indoor and outdoor pools. Whether you opt for the medicinal water, bathing and sitting pools, whirlpools, drinking fountains, hot\/cold grotto, massage jets, bubble loungers, neck showers or counter current channel, you’ll be bathing in health, as the healing effects of the warm thermal water are recognised by the state. <\/p>\n

Free water aerobics<\/h4>\n

The free water gymnastics workout gives all guests the chance to do something for their health, but in a gentle way. Four times a day, you can train your muscles and joints gently and effectively in the warm thermal water of the outdoor pool. <\/p>\n

The counter current channel is in the outdoor area of the Claudius Therme. There, swimmers can do something for their bodies with invigorating ease. In a 15 percent brine enriched with salt from the Dead Sea, you can enjoy weightlessness while listening to underwater music.
